上海银行4月22日公告，公司董事会收到董事长金煜的辞呈。因年龄原因，金煜辞去公司董事长、执行董事等职务。金煜辞任自辞呈送达董事会之日起生效，辞任后不再担任公司任何职务。根据公司章程等规定，在新任董事长任职之前，由公司副董事长施红敏履行董事长及法定代表人职责。
