中金研报称，人民币汇率的韧性为松货币增加了空间。降低利率中枢能有效降成本，存量贷款利率每下调10个bp就相当于节省2654亿元利息费用。居民平均消费倾向仍然有0.66，利率下降也可能支持消费。向前看，我们认为基本面是决定降息的关键因素，目前衍生品计入的中国降息预期已经接近去年12月的水平。
