人民财讯4月20日电，高澜股份(300499)4月20日晚间公告，公司与中电普瑞电力工程有限公司（简称“普瑞工程”或“买方”）就沙特柔直项目签订《水冷系统采购合同》和《配水管路采购合同》，合同总额3.61亿元（含税），约占公司2023年度营业收入的63.03%。
