金乡县医疗保障局发布金医保处字〔2025〕第004号文件，对金乡县人民医院因将不属于医疗保障基金支付范围的医药费用纳入医疗保障基金结算、串换诊疗项目、重复计费、超标准收费、分解收费、过度诊疗的行为作出作出两项处罚：1、责令退回违规使用的医疗保险基金475622.98元；2、处造成损失金额1倍的罚款618309.87元。
