公司回答表示：截至2024年12月31日公司的货币资金为7.24亿元，资金储备较为充裕；公司目前经营活动正常，各项业务有序推进，不存在《深圳证券交易所创业板股票上市规则》规定的被实施退市风险警示的情形。
