根据俄罗斯紧急情况部公布的消息，当地时间4月17日，俄罗斯莫斯科市南部一处热电厂发生火灾。
据介绍，热电厂内的一座变电站发生故障并起火。俄紧急部门已派出20多台消防设备赶往现场救火，暂时没有人员伤亡的消息。（总台记者 徐鸿波）
