2025年4月17日，*ST金科(000656.SZ)公告称，公司实控人黄红云及控股股东金科控股于近日收到中国证监会下发的《行政处罚事先告知书》。
经查明，金科控股、黄红云因涉嫌未披露股票出现被强制过户风险、未及时披露权益变动信息的违法违规行为，金科控股被给予警告并处以150万元罚款，黄红云被给予警告并处以210万元罚款。
