人民财讯4月17日电，4月17日华夏基金公告称，为了保护基金份额持有人的利益，华夏首创奥莱REIT于17日停牌一天，18日起复牌。公告显示，4月16日华夏首创奥莱REIT的二级市场收盘价为4.329元/份，当日收盘价较基准价（基金发行价2.468元/份）累计涨幅达到75.41%。
