据北京二中院消息，2025年4月17日，北京市第二中级人民法院依法公开宣判国资委冶金机关服务中心原党委副书记、主任段广平贪污案，对被告人段广平以贪污罪判处有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金人民币六十万元。
据中央纪委国家监委网站消息，段广平于2022年8月12日被查。
