2025年4月17日，德赛西威(002920.SZ)公告称，公司拟回购3亿元至6亿元公司股份，回购价格不超过120元/股，用于实施股权激励计划或员工持股计划。
公告指出，公司已取得工商银行广东省分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，其承诺向公司提供回购贷款不超过5.4亿元，贷款期限不超过三年。
