生粉
2勺

白胡椒粉
2克
蚝油
1勺
轻盐酱油
2勺
减脂养生必备广式冬菇蒸滑鸡的做法
- 准备主要食材:鸡大腿肉(1只),泡发干香菇(6朵),枸杞,红枣,大葱,小葱,生姜少许
- 把红枣切开去核,姜和大葱切丝备用
- 提前泡发好的香菇斜刀一分为二
- 鸡腿肉去骨,去除多余的油脂,切小块放入盆中,加一勺面粉清洗干净,控水
- 鸡腿肉中加一勺秘制鲜蚝油
- 适量的轻盐特级原汁酱油,盐,白糖,白胡椒粉,两小勺生粉抓拌
- 最后放葱姜丝,香菇红枣枸杞,混合均匀,腌制15分钟
- 腌制好捡出来适量的葱姜丝不要,把食材平铺在盘中,水开后蒸20分钟
- 时间到出锅,撒上小香葱,一份广式的冬菇蒸滑鸡制作完成
