欧菲光4月15日公告，停牌期间，因未就江西晶浩48.9281%股权的交易对价等达成一致意见，故经友好协商，不再推进江西晶浩48.9281%股权收购事宜。公司拟继续推进发行股份及支付现金购买欧菲微电子28.2461%股权及募集配套资金事宜。经向深圳证券交易所申请，公司证券将于2025年4月16日（星期三）开市起复牌。
