智通财经APP讯，美高域(01985)发布公告，预期集团将于截至2025年3月31日止年度取得拥有人应占溢利约1870万港元，而2024年同期公司拥有人应占溢利约为3620万港元(减幅约51.7%)。该减幅主要由于公司于2024年1月16日采纳股份奖励计划(其若干条款已于2024年12月23日修订)导致以股份为基础之补偿开支约3840万港元所致。
