恒帅股份4月15日公告，公司董事长、总经理许宁宁基于业务发展和战略规划的需要，申请辞去公司总经理职务，辞职后仍担任公司董事长等职务。公司董事会同意聘任许恒帅为公司总经理，全面负责公司日常经营管理事务，许恒帅担任公司总经理后，不再担任公司副总经理职务。
