4月14日，中国铁道科学研究院发布讣告：中国共产党优秀党员，中国工程院院士，中国工程爆破事业的奠基人和学术带头人，中国铁道科学研究院集团有限公司首席专家、博士生导师，中国爆破行业协会终身名誉会长冯叔瑜同志，因病医治无效，于2025年4月14日8时在北京逝世，享年101岁。
