北自科技4月14日晚间公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买苏州穗柯智能科技有限公司（穗柯智能）100%股份，同时公司拟发行股份募集配套资金。本次交易系公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买穗柯智能100%股权；同时公司拟向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。根据有关规定，经向上海证券交易所申请，公司股票自2025年4月15日（星期二）开市起复牌。
