今天白天到前半夜，张家口、承德和保定、石家庄、邢台三个地区的西部有西北风6到8级，阵风10到12级，局地可达13级以上，其他地区有西北风5到7级，阵风8到10级，渤海海域和沿海地区有西北风7到8级，阵风9到11级，局地可达12级。大风时局地伴有扬沙或浮尘天气。请注意防范。
