财联社4月12日电，从天津市气象台了解到，11日21时起，天津市出现极端大风天气过程，截至今日12时，天津全市出现西北风6～7级阵风10～12级，个别站14级，最大阵风43.2米/秒（14级），出现在蓟州区盘山，突破1951年以来历史同期极值（出现在1983年4月29日滨海新区塘沽站，为34.9米/秒，12级）。天津中心城区出现西北风6～7级阵风10级，最大阵风25.3米/秒（10级），出现在红桥区，同样也突破历史同期极值。
