4月12日凌晨，天津港水域风力达到9级。为确保船舶航行安全，天津海事局实施水上交通管制措施，自4月12日01:45起暂停船舶进出港、移泊。
海事部门提醒：管制期间，请各有关船舶加强值守，保持甚高频有效收听，锚泊船舶，加强瞭望，勤测锚位，与附近船舶保持足够安全距离，防止走锚发生事故。（央视新闻）
