智通财经APP讯，快意智能(08040)公布，于2025年4月11日，公司控股股东Advance Goal按每股公司股份平均价0.25港元向独立第三方潘志鸿先生合共出售5000万股股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股本约14.71%，总代价为1250万港元。
紧随出售事项完成后，Advance Goal持有9790万股股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股本约28.79%。Advance Goal连同郑曾伟先生、郑曾富先生及廖莉莉女士已不再为公司控股股东，惟将仍然为公司主要股东;买方成为公司主要股东。
