财联社4月11日电，奥瑞金(002701.SZ)公告称，公司拟通过下属公司向香港联交所上市公司中粮包装发起自愿有条件全面要约，以现金方式收购中粮包装全部已发行股份。截至公告披露日，本次交易项下的强制收购正在进行中，预计于2025年4月17日完成。
