欧洲联盟和中国同意针对中国制造的电动车设定最低价格，而不是征收关税。路透引述欧洲委员会发言人的话称，欧盟贸易与经济安全专员舍甫科维奇(Maros Sefcovic)同中国商务部长王文涛举行会谈后，双方同意制定最低价格。
德国《商业日报》(Handelsblatt)称，有关谈判已经展开。欧盟去年10月对中国制造的电动车加征多达45.3%的关税。
