当地时间4月10日，乌克兰第聂伯罗市市长菲拉托夫表示，乌克兰武装部队空军在接到弹道导弹威胁报告后，警告该市有导弹袭击。随后，该市传出爆炸声。
据称，俄方使用导弹袭击了第聂伯罗市的一家日用品工厂。乌军政管理部门称，此次袭击造成了1人死亡、5人受伤。目前，救援工作仍在进行中。
