北京商报讯（记者 岳品瑜 董晗萱）4月10日，人民银行上海市分行发布行政处罚信息，杉德支付网络服务发展有限公司因违反清算管理规定，被警告，处以罚款人民币200万元。时任杉德支付网络服务发展有限公司总经理沈某康同样被警告，处以罚款人民币10万元。
