上海更新置换政策推动小客车号牌结构优化。截至2024年末，本市实有小客车约613万辆，同比增长0.7%。其中，沪C号牌110万辆，同比减少9万辆；长期驻沪外省市号牌约105万辆，同比减少约10万辆；新能源号牌渗透率进一步提高，达146万辆。
