瓯海将新增一所建筑面积3万平方米现代化小学，位于茶白片区梧田南单元B-09地块，由瓯海中心区建设中心投资。该校设计融合自然文化，设36班，预计新增数千学位，缓解周边入学压力。目前项目进入施工准备，预计2025年动工，工期24个月，建成后纳入集团化管理。
