4月9日，通达动力（002576）发布公告，计划使用自有资金回购公司股份，回购金额不低于3000万元，且不超过5000万元，回购价格上限为15元/股，预计回购股份数量在200万股至333万股，占总股本的1.211%至2.017%，实施期限为自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。
2024年前三季度，通达动力实现收入12.60亿元，归母净利润4419万元。
