金钼股份4月9日公告，公司控股股东金堆城钼业集团有限公司（简称“金钼集团）计划自2025年4月9日起6个月内，通过上海证券交易所集中竞价交易系统增持公司无限售流通A股股份，累计增持金额不低于7000万元、不超过1亿元（含本次增持股份）。本次增持不设价格区间，增持资金来源为金钼集团自有资金。金钼集团承诺在增持计划实施期间和增持完成后6个月内不减持所持有的公司股份。
