4月8日，《2024年青岛市国民经济和社会发展统计公报》对外公布。统计公报显示，2024年末全市常住人口1044．25万人，比上年增加7．10万人。其中城镇常住人口823．58万人，常住人口城镇化率为78．87％，比上年末提高0．57个百分点。
青岛政务网人口简况介绍，截至2023年末，全市总人口1037．15万人，七区人口743．89万人。
