北京商报讯（记者 郝彦）4月7日，国泰君安发布公告表示，经公司申请，并经上海证券交易所办理，公司A股证券简称将于4月11日起由“国泰君安”变更为“国泰海通”，公司A股证券代码“601211”保持不变。
此外，公司H股证券简称的变更时间将在获得香港联交所关于变更证券简称的同意后再行确定。公司H股证券代码保持不变，仍为02611。
