北京时间4月7日，据博主“浙江队情报小组”消息，浙江队远征球迷在飞机上遇到赵博，他没有佩戴护具。
该博主写道：“好消息！好消息！据今天回杭的远征军‘giggstang’消息，他在飞机上遇到了赵博和球队，也没带啥护具，最后希望博哥早日康复！ ”
此前媒体人徐毅曾表示，赵博颈椎受伤，伤势比较严重甚至无法回头。
