越南政府总理范明政刚刚签署了 2025 年 4 月 4 日第 716/QD-TTg 号决定，重新任命陈文顺先生担任卫生部副部长。
卫生部副部长 Tran Van Thuan
任期为5年。
该决定自2025年4月29日起生效。
* 此前，政府总理于 2020 年 4 月 29 日颁布的第 600/QD-TTg 号决定中任命陈文顺先生为卫生部副部长。
Tran Van Thuan 先生出生于 1970 年，来自北宁省，是一名肿瘤学专科医生，自 2018 年起获得教授职称。
