【4 月 3 日晚间，大量用户反映滴滴支付系统现故障】4 月 3 日晚间，众多用户称滴滴支付系统出问题，多次吞掉预付款却无法打车。多位网友晒出付款截图，有的用户一人被累计扣款超百元仍无法打车。滴滴客服回应新浪科技，已收到系统故障反馈，正加急处理，会尽快解决并致歉。
