金融界4月2日消息，上海钢联公告称，其子公司上海钢银电子商务股份有限公司于 2025 年 3 月 27 日收到政府补助资金 2152 万元，单笔金额占公司最近一个会计年度经审计的归属于上市公司股东的净利润 13.34%。公司拟将上述政府补助全部计入相应科目，预计对当年利润影响金额为 2152 万元，最终的会计处理仍须以会计师年度审计确认后的结果为准。
