4月2日，湖南投资（000548）发布公告，公司于2025年4月1日召开董事会，审议通过了2024年度利润分配和资本公积金转增股本的预案。
根据预案，公司拟向全体股东每10股派发现金红利0.5元（含税），总计派发现金红利2496万元（含税）。2024年度不派送红股，不进行资本公积金转增股本。
