4月2日，克而瑞地产研究发文称，2025年3月房地产市场延续止跌回稳态势，供求稳步回升，环比持增，成交同比微增4%，库存持续走低。二手房成交延续高位震荡行情，环比增50%，同比增长21%。土地市场延续缩量升温，3月土地成交建筑面积低于2月同期，但北京、上海、杭州、成都、苏州等城市3月平均溢价率均超过20%。
