财联社4月1日电，电池制造商LG新能源公司（LGES）周二表示，将以3万亿韩元（约合20.4亿美元）的价格收购通用汽车公司在密歇根州合资电池厂的全部股份。LG新能源表示，计划收购在密歇根州兰辛的第三座合资工厂，旨在最大限度地减少新设施投资的负担，并“有效”运营其美国工厂。
