智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研报称，北京首都机场股份(00694)去年业绩符合预期预告，然而，非航空业务的复苏仍然缓慢。集团的经营溢利接近收支平衡，录亏损3.47亿元人民币。期内，集团整体净亏损为13.9亿元人民币，若计入递延税项资产的影响，净亏损约为6.48亿元人民币。该行将集团评级由“沽售”上调至“中性”，新目标价由2.53港元升至3.05港元。
