财联社4月1日电，国家税务总局新闻发言人黄运4月1日在新闻发布会上透露，近期，税务总局拟在全国推广离境退税“即买即退”，境外旅客在退税商店购物时，只需提供信用卡预授权担保，即可在现场即时取得退税款，进一步提升境外旅客购物离境退税的便利度。
