最终康大核心佩奇·布克斯轰下31分6助攻，带领康大以78-64大胜对手，晋级最终四强。
此前各区的1号种子UCLA，得克萨斯大学以及南卡大学均顺利晋级，康大女篮也成为本赛季（包括男女）唯一一支晋级最终四强的非1号种子球队。
