北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）3月31日晚，住建部发布国家标准《住宅项目规范》（以下简称"规范"）。规范规定了新建住宅建筑层高不低于3米，4层及以上住宅设置电梯；提高了户门、卫生间门的通行净宽；提高阳台等临空处栏杆高度至1.2米等要求。据悉，该规范将于2025年5月1日起实施。
