格隆汇3月31日丨新华通讯频媒(00309.HK)公告，中正天恒会计师有限公司("中正天恒")已辞任公司核数师，自2025年3月31日起生效，原因为公司与中正天恒未能就截至2025年3月31日止财政年度审核费用达成共识。审核委员会已经进行评估，并认为栢淳为独立、合格及有能力担任公司核数师。
