3月31日，横店影视（603103）发布公告，董事会秘书兼财务总监潘锋申请辞去职务。
在2025年3月31日召开的董事会会议上，公司决定聘任马俊华为新的董事会秘书，任期至公司第四届董事会届满。
同时，董事会同意聘任刘胜波聘任为财务总监，任期也至公司第四届董事会届满。
2024年，横店影视实现收入19.71亿元，归母净利润-9638万元。
