神州细胞3月31日公告，公司近日收到副总经理兰章华的书面辞职报告，兰章华因退休申请辞去公司及控股子公司神州细胞工程有限公司副总经理职务，辞职后将不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
