3月28日，中梁控股发布2024年年度报告。
报告显示，公司合同销售金额（包括本集团的附属公司、合营企业及联营公司）为人民币179.3亿元，按年减少约47.5%。
总收入为人民币397亿元，按年减少约40.4%。
有息债务总额减少至人民币203亿元。拥有人应占净亏损为人民币24亿元，而去年拥有人应占净亏损为人民币42亿元。
