人民财讯3月28日电，国家金融监督管理总局海南监管局发布三条批复显示，武汉农商行获批收购控股海南三家村镇银行。具体来看，监管同意武汉农商行收购控股海南澄迈长江村镇银行，收购完成后，武汉农商行持有该行9000万股股份，持股比例为90%；同意武汉农商行收购控股海南白沙长江村镇银行，收购完成后，武汉农商行持有该行2652万股股份，持股比例为85%；同意武汉农商行收购控股海南屯昌长江村镇银行。收购完成后，武汉农商行持有该行2030万股股份，持股比例为50.75%。
