财联社3月28日电，中国证监会国际合作司发布关于Green Tea Group Limited（绿茶集团有限公司）境外发行上市备案通知书，公司通过境内运营实体西藏绿茶餐饮管理有限公司提交的境外首次公开发行备案材料收悉，公司拟发行不超过212,980,000股普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。
