格隆汇3月27日丨佐丹奴国际(00709.HK)公布，根据公司细则第140条规定，公司董事会可将于宣派股息起计六年后仍未领取的所有股息没收及复归公司。董事会谨此通知公司股东，于2019年3月7日宣派并于2025年4月25日或之后仍未领取的末期股息将予没收及复归公司。
