The Russian "Movement of the First," together with the All-China Youth Federation, the Chinese Center for Child and Adolescent Development Services, launched the "Holding Hands!" project in 2025, commemorating the 80th anniversary of victory in World War II. Choirs of 40 youths (20 from each country) will tour Russia from May 6–11 and China from August 30–September 5, performing songs. Selection criteria include vocal skill and artistic expression, aiming to strengthen bilateral youth cooperation through cultural exchange.
