人民财讯3月27日电，国际清算银行（BIS）总裁卡斯滕斯（Agustin Carstens）在博鳌亚洲论坛“不稳定世界中寻找货币与金融稳定”分论坛上视频致辞时表示，当前，国际形势复杂，全球经济比较艰难，虽然通胀有所回落，复苏仍有待确定。但是现在看起来，2025年全球经济软着陆的概率很大。
